I'm guessing you are a Swordsage, as they are the ones who use Setting Sun.

What kind of style do you want? What weapons, if any? What other books do you have available? What level range are you aiming at? It does make a difference.

I find the easiest thing do to with ToB is to make a table. Something like this:
{table=head]Level|IL|Gain|Lose|Stance
SS 1|1|X||Z
SS 2|2|P||Q
SS 3|3|R||
SS 4|4|S|X|
SS 5|5|||
SS 6|6|||
[/table]

Etc

Tiger Claw has a slew of maneuvers dedicated to jumping around, pouncing onto your enemies, and gaining extra attacks to just smash your foes. I would also recommend picking up Assassin's Stance from Shadow Hand and take the Shadow Blade feat to get your probably high DEX mod to damage.

Playing a Swordsage, take Adaptive Style feat! Your normal recovery system sucks donkey. Adaptive Style is a patch.

All I know is, if you're wielding kukris, than you want to aim to make them keen aptitude kukris and get the lightning mace feat. At the high levels, it's excellent with time stands still, blood in the water, greater two weapon fighting, and blood in the water.

For dual-wielding kukris, you'll want Blood in the Water, Flashing Sun, Pouncing Charge, Time Stands Still, and the rest mostly boosts and counters. The <X> Blade series of boosts from Desert Wind are especially good with lots of attacks. Swift or immediate action movement abilities, such as Quicksilver Motion, Mirrored Pursuit, Leaping Flame, and Shadow Blink, are also really useful for getting to full attack more often.

Take Adaptive Style for a not-completely-horrible recovery mechanism. I would suggest Shadow Blade, but you'll want to be using Blood in the Water all the time which would conflict with using a Shadow Hand stance as Shadow Blade requires.
