Can undead have grafts

If I'm undead, can I get grafts?

if it was up to me, provided you are corporeal and have some flesh on your bones than you would be allowed.

Yes.

As long as you meet any need requirements, you can 'have' anything.

You can have most grafts. Right at the beginning of each new type of grafts there's a little blurb about what they work on. It isn't exactly consistent, but most of the grafts say 'corporeal creature', and that includes most undead. You can't have a sithilar graft because they require 'living corporeal creatures'. For the graft types that don't specify, just ask your DM.
