hi guys,
I need two lists to optimize a arcane caster:
a) a list of PCs granting spell progression at level 1
b) a liste of ways to get Metamagic Feats
Anyone got a useful link/list?
If not, I could make a list, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who needs these^^
