Multiclassing Divine Spellcasters

I was wondering, when I multiclass two divine spellcasting classes such as Paladin and Cleric, do their levels stack for determining duration and such for spells the classes may share like bless?

Not unless you pass a homebrew feat that does that by your DM.

Jarian already gave you the correct answer, but if you're interested in being a paladin while progressing cleric spell levels, take a look at the prestige paladin (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/prestigiousCharacterClasses.htm#prestigePaladin) from UA.
