The benefit they get that makes them immune to critical hits...

by RAW it doesn't include sneak attacks...do you think it does by RAI?

I thought warforged were already crit/SA immune by the good graces of the construct type.

Warforged normally only have 25% natural fortification. They aren't complete constructs. WF Jugs gives you most of the rest of the features of a full construct, minus the [Mindless] tag and the loss of your Con score.

Not all full constructs are mindless, mind. Just they all have immunity to mind-affecting (which Juggernaut gets).

Ah thanks...normally whenever one is written so is the other one...hence my confusion

I get the feeling this has been answered already, but anything immune to crits is automatically immune to SA, Skirmish, Sudden Strike, etc...
