I might be joining a new campaign that has been described to me by the DM as 'survival/horror' in setting/theme. As usual, I'm rolling out the bard.

What I want to try to focus on with this build is using as many sing/inspire/etc affects to buff the party as possible. Since the hints are that the campaign will be undead heavy, I figure the debuff route like haunting melody and doomspeak would be a bad plan.

General thought so far is bard 5/lyrical thaum 5/seeker of the song for a few levels so I can get combine songs.... perhaps ending with dragonsong lyricist (draconomicon) or Evangelist (com div) for cool song/oratory abilities to add to the concept.

Combine songs + lingering song feat: four buff affects in two rounds seems like fun. Dragonsong feat (if I can fit it in) will help with save DC's and I'm discussing with the DM as to whether he'll let me go Words of Creation and/or Song of the Heart
