Winged elf thing stats.

I'm now co-DMing a game, and need to get these stats sourced, cause a player is using them, but I don't know them off the top of my head.

Can someone source me?

Try looking for Avariel from Races of Faerun, maybe.

Or add the winged template from Savage Species to a Sun Elf for the same result at a +2 LA instead of a +3 LA.

Or get a Raptoran from Races of the Wild, and ignore the LA completely.

Second option? Play a normal elf (or any elf, who cares?) with the Dragonborn template, and select the Wings option. Again, no LA at all, and cool powers.

This is a SPECIFIC race or something. The "A" thing sounds right. I'm not looking at "how to be a winged elf" more than I am, "what are the stats for this?"

It's Avariel that you're looking for. It's the winged elf race you were looking for specifically.

Note that, I can't be sure, but it looks pretty not worth an LA +3. Make sure the character knows that... No one wants to be 3 hit dice lower than everyone else in the party. The suggestions mentioned are way nicer.
