Rich has generally been very reluctant to have ads or donations, so I can't imagine he'd accept this proposal.

Also, the last bit makes me think this is a stealth update schedule thread, and there are more reasons for the pace of updates to be slow than "he's working on merchandise". Even if that was the case, I think most of us would take that if it was a prequel he was working on.

There's already one "click" button on this page to put your money where your mouth is: It's the "Shop" thing on the left side. And, what is even more awesome - I usually get some awesome books for clicking there!

That's some great startup ideas they had there: actually give "stuff people want" for "those people's money".
