Is there a feat that gives you an extra domain? If so, what book is it in?

There are several prestige classes in Complete Divine that give you extra domains (Divine Oracle for instance). Don't know about feats.

No. Planar Touchstone: Catalogues of Enlightenment (Planar Handbook) can give you the granted power of any domain, though, and several feats exist to add spells to your list. Many PrCs also add domains.

There's Substitute Domain (2nd level spell) in Comp Champion that lets you switch a domain to another offered by your diety for days/CL.
