If any of you have seen the youtube video "The Cloak", you know what I'm talking about. If the Axe of Capitalism were made into a D&D item, what stats would it have?

The Axe of Capitalism* looks like your standard issue sentient floating axe. Granted, it might not be mentally stable, but The Cloak doesn't have any characters who actually are, so it works out.

*Its been a while since I watched the Cloak, so I may be remembering something horribly wrong.

It's not even sentient. It's just like a +5 great axe with throwing.
