Help Maxios find an old Pilot/TV Movie

As I recall, there was a page on wikipedia about an X-Men live action pilot for a television show from the 90's. I forgot about it for some time, but due to me watching the X-Men films again, I rememebered about this and tried to find. IIRC, a mad scientist was the main villain.
The problem is, the page appears to be gone, and I forgot it's name. Does anyone have a link to this page or know it's name?

Edit: If it helps at all, the wikipedia page said the film/tv pilot opened with a definition of the word mutation that inspired the opening speeches of the X-Men film series.

It had the White Queen and a bunch of mutants...with Matt Frewer as a Mad Scientist that can enter dreams or something.
