Assuming he has a Divine rank of 3 (which is a Demi God)

I read they can warp reality to a limited degree. So could he use spells from forbidden schools and increase his inherent bonus's?

In a word, no. There's nothing that says even a greater god can cast from a prohibited school. And the only way to just increase your inherent bonuses would be to offer a domain that has wish as it's 9th level spell, since you can use any domain spell you can offer at will. I'm not sure if any domains have wish though. :smallconfused:

Depends on what his Salient Divine Abilities are. Chances are no, he doesn't have the power to grant himself Inherent bonuses or to ignore his own barred schools, but he can probably find some mortal who will do such for him in exchange for a deific boon that he can grant relatively easily.

For ignoring banned schools:
Arcane Mastery SDA allows you to prepare any spell you can cast without a spellbook, and further lets you invent new spells without bothering with research. So while you still can't cast your banned schools, you can just make up alternate-school versions of anything you might want from them. Your Spells Known list basically becomes "all of them, even the divine ones;" now that I look at it, this is probably the most powerful SDA after the ones that just completely explode any concept of power-balancing (Alter Reality and Life and Death.)

For granting yourself bonuses:
The only relevant ability seems to be Alter Reality, which can be used to create a component-less Wish as well as make other magical/supernatural buffs permanent on yourself. So take Arcane Mastery, find all those obscure short-term buffs that give competence/perfection/sacred/luck bonuses, and permanify them. (Note- if you want your gods to be approachable by mortals at all, don't give them Alter Reality. A god with Alter Reality can pretty much do whatever the heck he/she/it wants.)

What exactly is "Limited" Reality warping? Shouldn't it be stronger than the power? (from Psions)

It depends on the limitations it has. If theirs a limit to scale and what you can do, like, a vague distinction between the possible by the laws of the universe (read: physics) and breaking them to make whatever the hell you feel like.
