Why? I think it should be fun. ^^ Let's see, feats... Aberration Blood gives me +2 spot, Durable Form is +6hp, Starspawn is Resist Cold 5 and my fly speed (which I can only use for three consecutive rounds).

((I believe the trees on Altar have been ruled identical to all the other small trees on the other maps, with the fat brown circle depicting here showing the radius of concealment at +5ft, and not the tree trunk. LoS still established, just by a much smaller margin, if anyone successfully argues otherwise.))

Sanity702:Precocious Apprentice is a caster level check (1d20+caster level, or, in your case, 1) so yes, you add your caster level to the check (this is different from your character level in some cases).

Sanity702:Color Spray (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/colorSpray.htm) has a range of 15 feet. If cast from ground level, no, it could not reach +20 elevation normally.

thats what I thought, I just couldn't remember the rules for diagonal casting.

Like instead of being directly under be slightly off, I know it is counted like 5' then 10' then 5' so I was just wondering if that could happen.

Sanity:Diagonals in the air work the same as diagonals on the ground. That is, the first counts as five feet (or, in the air, one square up and one square over = 5 feet covered) and the second counts as 10 feet. If the spell goes diagonal for one square and then 'up' two more squares, it's only covered 15 feet 'up', regardless of the angle, even if it has gone 'over' one square more than casting it straight 'up'.

In other words: it's exactly like diagonal movement, and still can't reach +20 elevation.

Heh, no, it's an immediate action, so you only get one a round.

I still had a shortspear and spear I could throw, but yeh, after that, it'd be flying around stabbing you with the longspear, and I assume you had a Color Spray prepared...

Haha You are right I should except scrolls intimidate me. haha I will try and look it up and understand it before the next one.
