Are there any ways to make Perform a permanent class skill?

You mean making it a class skill for any classes you may happen to take? If so, nothing immediately springs to mind, except of course Able Learner + dip in any class which has it as a skill.

Paladins Clerics and druids (and probably others) have a feat to add it to their class skill list.

Skill Knowledge (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/buildingCharacters/alternativeSkillSystems.htm#skillKnowledge). Be advised that this feat is technically designed for an alternate skills ruleset, so your DM may not approve it. The way it's written though it works fine with the stock rules, should it be approved.

Human paragon would net it as a class skill without Able Learner IIRC.

List of ways to get class skills. (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=6832.0) I don't think that list includes Flexible Mind, from Dragon 326.

Apprentice (Entertainer), from Dungeon Master's Guide 2, not only throws both diplomacy & perform on your character as permanent class skills but also provides a free skill point every level (four at 1st level) to invest in each skill.

It is by far the most promising path.

It only gives a flat 2 skill points, but it does come with some other bonuses instead.

Ask your DM if you can use an alternate skill system, such as one where class skills stack.

This is my favorite way to get permanent class skills. It's a pretty solid three level dip on it's own, and can be taken early, when it won't pose a problem for prestige classes. The +2 stat and free feat are also quite welcome in most builds.
