Okay, so my iPhone (3G) needed a software update, but...in the past 7 hours the progress bar hasn't moved at all. I'm pretty sure yanking it out will render it permanently unusable, but I can't just leave my phone here forever!
Please help. I can't get a new smartphone. I only have this one because the original owner wanted a 4G.
