Help finding Sorc only spell

It was wings of something or blah. But it is sorc only and considered to be one of the best blast spells in the game, maybe? I thought I remembered where it was but I clearly do not, please help?

Obviously, but it is much lower level and serves it's purpose nicely on my melee sorc/binder I am building. I am thinking Rolling Tide as well even though I have no idea if that is even a sorc spell. I used it on a cleric and liked it though.

I defiantly need some good spells that target fortitude but that will be for tomorrow because I am off to bed, goodnight playground.

so far the best blast spell in the game that i have found is a dracolexi casting lingering flame with draconic extend: 15D6 every round for 6 rounds from lvl 6 spell slot!

if you want to munchkin it you could use extend and sudden extend to do 15d6 for 24 rounds from a lvl 7 spell slot!

or use draconian burn to empower it instead for 22d6 for 12 rounds in a lvl7 slot!
