Spirits

In D&D3.5e what has the (Spirit) subtype?
I ask because the the OA classes have spells and items that only affect Spirits, like the "Spirit Binding/Ally" spells. I realize that there is a list in the OA core book but thats for 3.0e, and it always seemed a bit incomplete to me.

I believe that Complete Divine categorizes what falls under spirits in the class section of the Spirit Shaman.

As it says in the Spirit Shaman entry, Fey, incorporeal undead, critters with the (Spirit) subtype, elementals, critters in astral form or with astral bodies, and spiritfolk. (Complete Divine, p 17)
