Looking for ways to increase size

Title says it all, I tried looking for a guide or similar post on google but was unable to find any :smallannoyed:. I am currently in a campaign as a gnome looking to get into the large size category. What feats/spells/items increase your size category for long durations or are permanent? Any help would be appreciated :smallbiggrin:

Waker of the Beast prc from Dragon 296 gets you a size increase at level 5. Not a great class, but for the right build it can be an amusing addition.
