As a preliminary note: feel free to critique, or make requests. I may or may not get around to the latter (muses are fickle beings), but I'll at least make an effort to do so.

Celerity Devotion (Domain)
You call upon your devotion to grant you greater speed upon the battle-field.
Benefit: 1/day as a swift action you may grant yourself a +10-ft sacred bonus to your land speed. This bonus increases by +5-ft per 2 character levels to a maximum of +60-ft at 20th level. This bonus lasts for 1 minute.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each two daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.

Corruption Devotion (Domain)
You radiate an aura of decay and corruption that drains away the life force from creatures nearby.
Benefit: Once per day, as a swift action, you may activate this feat to produce an aura of corruption out to a radius of 10-ft +10-ft/4 character levels. All creatures within, or entering, this area must make a Will save (DC 10 +1/2 your character level + your Constitution modifier) or take 2 points of Constitution damage +1 point per 4 character levels (maximum 7 at 20th); on a successful save they are immune to this effect for 24 hours. This is a mind-affecting effect and last for 1 minute.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each two daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.
Okay this one is uncharted waters so any advice or critiques are especially appreciated.

Courage Devotion (Domain)
You know no fear, and your soul can banish it.
Benefit: 1/day as an immediate action you can grant yourself and all allies within 30-ft immunity to fear for 1 round. As long as you have daily uses of this ability left you are immune to fear.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each daily turn or rebuke use you expend.

Darkness Devotion (Domain)
You can call darkness itself to cloak and shield you.
Benefit: Once per day, as a swift action, you may call a cloak of darkness around you which grants you concealment for 1 minute. You may not use this concealment to hide.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each three daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.

Demonic Devotion (Domain):
You call upon the power of demons to strengthen yourself.
Benefit: Once per day, as a swift action, you may activate this feat to gain one of the abilities listed below (chosen each time you activate the feat) for 1 minute. Each ability representing a different demonic aspect.
Goristro’s Strength: You gain a +2 profane bonus to Strength, increasing by +2 per 6 character levels to a maximum of a +8 profane bonus at 18th level. When you activate Goristro’s Strength your muscles tighten and your body mass increases by 10% as your body become a rippling mass of demonic muscles.

Demonic Flesh: You gain DR 2/good or cold iron, increasing by 2 for every 5 character levels (to a maximum of 10/good or cold iron at 20th level). When you activate this ability your skin turns an inhuman yellow-orange.

Tanaric Resistance: You gain electricity resistance 5, increasing by 5 for every 4 character levels (to a maximum of 30 at 20th level). When you activate this ability you are surrounded by a mystical nimbus in the shape of a vrock.

Blood of the Abyss You gain a +2 profane bonus on saves against poisons, increasing by +1 per 3 character levels (to a maximum of +8 at 18th level). When you activate this ability your eyes turn a golden yellow without visible pupils, irises, or whites.

Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each three daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.
Special: You can have multiple abilities active simultaneously. However, you can still activate only one ability per round.
Special: If you take this feat you radiate an aura of evil as an evil cleric of your character level.
Diabolic Devotion (Domain)
You call upon the energy of the devils of Baator to empower yourself.
Benefit: Once per day, as a swift action, you may activate this feat to gain one of the abilities listed below (chosen each time you activate the feat) for 1 minute. Each ability representing a different demonic aspect.
Falxugon’s Tongue: You gain a +2 profane bonus to Charisma, increasing by +2 per 6 character levels to a maximum of a +8 profane bonus at 18th level. When you activate Falxugon’s Tongue your tongue becomes split like that of a serpent’s.

Devil’s Eyes: You gain darkvision out to 30-ft +5-ft per 4 levels (maximum 55-ft at 20th level), or your existing darkvision extends by the same distance. In addition your darkvision allows you to see in magical darkness as well as normal darkness. When you activate Devil’s Eyes your eyes become pitch black.

Nessus’s Heart: You gain spell resistance equal to 5 + your level. When you activate this ability your skin turns a bright red hue.

Aegis of Baator You gain fire resistance 5, increasing by 5 for every 4 character levels (to a maximum of 30 at 20th level). When you activate this ability you are surrounded by a mystical nimbus of fire which does not burn, produce heat, or produce light.

Dragon Devotion (Domain)
You gain the fiery breath of a dragon.
Benefit: Once per day, as a standard action, you may release a breath weapon which deals 1d6 fire, acid, cold, or electricity (your choice) damage per character level in a 30-ft cone. A successful Reflex save (DC 10 + ½ character level + Con modifier) halves this damage.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each two daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.
Yes I know this deals more damage, and to more targets, than Magic Devotion but on that note here are five things to remember:
1. Magic Devotion doesn’t have a save to reduce damage (although since this is 2x damage that doesn’t say much) and isn’t vulnerable to evasion.
2. Magic Devotion ignores energy resistance.
3. Magic Devotion benefits from Precision Damage.
4. Magic Devotion has a longer range.
5. Magic Devotion is a bad, bad feat that grants you a 1/day eldritch blast with worse range (until 14th level) and no blast shapes or eldritch essences).

Drow Devotion (Domain)
Treachery is one with you, giving you a poison that inflicts those who strike you.
Benefit: 1/day as an immediate action you may infuse yourself with poison for 1 minute. While this effect is active, any creature striking you with a natural weapon or unarmed strike must make a Fortitude save (DC 10 +1/2 character level + Charisma modifier) against poison or take 1d6 Dexterity damage. They must make 1 such save for every attack they make against you. They only need to save against the secondary damage if this effect is still active at that point.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each three daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.
Special: If you use this ability while another use is still active it instead adds the duration of the second use to the end of the first use's duration.
Again a little more different than usual and therefore in need of extra critique. Also I do know it's standard to use Con instead of Cha to determine poison save DCs but drow get a -2 Con and all.

Dwarf Devotion (Domain)
Your dwarven spirit grants you, and your allies, resistance to baleful magics.
Benefit: 1/day as an immediate action you may grant yourself, and every ally within 30-ft, a +2 sacred bonus to saving throws against spells and spell-like abilities. This bonus increases by +1 for every 5 character levels you’ve obtained, to a maximum of +6 at 20th level. This bonus lasts for 1 minute.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each three daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.

Elf Devotion (Domain)
Your elven spirit guides your, and your allies', aim so that it strikes true towards the heart of your opponents.
Benefit: 1/day as an immediate action you may grant yourself, and every ally within 30-ft, a +2 sacred bonus to ranged attack rolls. This bonus increases by +1 for every 5 character levels you’ve obtained, to a maximum of +6 at 20th level. This bonus lasts for 1 minute.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each two daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.

Envy Devotion (Domain)
You can strike a foe so as to steal their life, channeling it into yourself.
Benefit: Once per day when you have successfully struck an opponent with a melee attack you may activate this ability, as a free action, to gain temporary HP equal to the damage you dealt for 1 minute.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.

Force Devotion (Domain)
You can fire a missile of force at your foes.
Benefit: Once per day, as a standard action, you may fire a dart of force at any target within range which does not have total cover or total concealment. This dart deals 1d4+1 force damage per level and has a range of 30-ft +5-ft/2 character levels.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each two daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.
1. Magic Devotion is a bad, bad feat that grants you a 1/day eldritch blast with worse range (until 14th level) and no blast shapes or eldritch essences).

Goblin Devotion (Domain)
You call upon the racial spirit of goblinoids to lead your treacherous strikes.
Benefit: Once per day, as a swift action, you may activate this feat to gain one of the two abilities listed below (chosen each time you activate the feat) for 1 minute.
1. You gain the ability to sneak attack (as the Rogue class ability) dealing 1d6 + 1d6/5 character levels for the duration.
2. You may deal precision damage to creatures normally immune to it for the duration.
3. You gain a profane bonus to Hide and Move Silently checks equal to 1/2 your character level for the duration.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each two daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.
Special: You can have multiple abilities active simultaneously. However, you can still activate only one ability per round.

Gluttony Devotion (Domain)
Your hunger fills you, distending your jaw even as your teeth become fangs.
Benefit: 1/day as a swift action you may activate this feat to gain a bite attack dealing 1d8 (for a medium-sized creature) damage for 1 minute. In addition it deals 1 point of Constitution damage per 6 character levels as you devour a portion of their life energy.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each 2 daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.

Hatred Devotion (Domain)
Hatred is your lord, your master, and you can call upon it to fuel your strikes against a single foe.
Benefit: 1/day as an immediate action you may select one enemy which you can see. For 1 minute you gain a +4 sacred (if your deity is good/neutral) or profane (if your deity is evil) bonus to attack and damage against that enemy.
At level 10 this increases to +6, and at Lv 15 it becomes +15.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each 3 daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.

Metal Devotion (Domain)
You can harden your skin gaining the durability of iron, for a time.
Benefit: 1/day as an immediate action you may grant yourself DR 2/adamantine for 1 minute. This DR increases by 2 per 5 character levels (to a maximum of DR 10/adamantine at Lv 20).
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each 1 daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.

Pride Devotion (Domain)
Your fierce pride allows you to surpass your own limits.
Benefit: 1/day as an immediate action you may add 1d8 to an ability check, attack roll, caster level check, initiative roll, saving throw, or skill check. If you use this ability to give a bonus to initiative you can use it even when flat-footed.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each two daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.
Again a slight advantage of Heroic Destiny from Races of Destiny but:
1. It uses an immediate action quite possibly making it worse.
2. Heroic Destiny is a fairly bad feat.

Spider Devotion (Domain)
You can cast a web like a spider.
Benefit: Once per day, as a standard action, you may fire a web. This is a ranged touch attack with a 30-ft range increment, which can be used out to a maximum of 5 range increments. On a hit the web entangles a creature up to one size category larger than you are; +1 size category per 6 Hit Dice. A creature entangled in this way remains entangled until it succeeds at a Str check or Escape Artist check with a DC equal to 10 +1/2 your character level + your Constitution modifier. The web may also be hacked away, but it has hardness of 5 +1/2 your character level and hit points equal to your character level times 3; it is immune to bludgeoning and piercing weapons.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each two daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.

Spite Devotion (Domain)
Your spite takes on preternatural power to gain retribution.
Benefit: Once per day, as an immediate action, when you take damage you may cause the source of the damage to take an equal amount of damage.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each two daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.

Storm Devotion (Domain)
You can call upon the power of the storm to fire a bolt of lightning at your foes.
Benefit: Once per day, as a standard action, you may fire a bolt of lightning as a ranged touch attack. This bolt deals 1d8 electric damage per level and has a range of 60-ft +5-ft/2 character levels.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each two daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.
Yes I know this deals more damage than Magic Devotion but on that note here are two things to remember:
1. Magic Devotion ignores energy resistance.
2. Magic Devotion is a bad, bad feat that grants you a 1/day eldritch blast with worse range (until 14th level) and no blast shapes or eldritch essences).

Tyranny Devotion (Domain)
You radiate an aura of absolute command which prevents your foes from even striking you.
Benefit: Once per day, as a swift action, you may activate this feat to produce an aura of tyranny out to a radius of 10-ft +10-ft/4 character levels. All creatures within, or entering, this area must make a Will save (DC 10 +1/2 your character level + your Charisma) or be unable to attack you for as long as you are producing this aura (even if they leave its range). On a successful save the creature is immune for 24 hours. Should you attack (as defined under the Invisibility spell description) an affected creature they immediately get another save against this effect each time you attack them.

Wrath Devotion (Domain)
You call upon your anger to fuel your attacks upon your opponents.
Benefit: 1/day as a swift action you may grant yourself a +2 sacred (if your deity is good or neutral) or profane (if your deity is evil) bonus to attack and to damage rolls for 1 minute. This power comes at a cost and you suffer a -2 penalty to AC for the duration.
At level 10 the bonuses increase to +4 but the penalty increases to -3. At Lv 15 the bonuses further increase to +6 but the penalty increases to -4.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each 3 daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.

Little worried about this one comparing it to Rage. It's stronger than Rage but compared to Law Devotion (1 higher bonus but only to Attack or AC but no penalty) it's not that good.

Looks pretty good. I'm looking forward to whenever you decide to do a few more of these. I'll probably contribute one or two whenever I get some time, if I can. Meanwhile, keep up the good work!

Neat stuff. Could have used more Devotion feats from WotC for all the supplemental domains.

With the originals being pretty over-the-top I think these are fine.

Well, since you asked, there are some devotions I would like to see

Here goes: Corruption, Drow, Envy, Force, Gluttony, Goblins (homebrew domain by Bhu, here on the boards), Hate, Spiders, Spite, Tyranny and Wrath.

Give a try if you feel inspired

Once per day, as a swift action, you may call a cloak of darkness around you for 1 minute. Attacks against you suffer a 10% miss chance as long as this cloak lasts.

Maybe Incarnum Devotion to gain an ability similar to Channel Incarnum? (azurin cleric ACF)
Celerity Devotion to gain a bonus to land speed for 1 round? (10ft, +5ft/2 levels)
Planning Devotion: 1 round activation, convert 1 move action to a standard action in the next minute.
Mind Devotion: Can be used in place of an expenditure of your psionic focus.

This prevents the miss chance from stacking with concealment (and is also a 20% miss chance) and allows effects that get around concealment to work against it. Do need to take out the word partial, as partial concealment become concealment and concealment became total concealment in 3.5.

I'll have to look over Incarnum Domain and the azurin cleric ACF.

Celerity: Would need a bigger speed increase, as is it's significantly worse than a 1st level spell (Swift Expeditious Retreat), and so thoroughly outclassed by Travel Devotion to not be even funny. It's more likely to go with a 1 minute increase of 10-ft +10-ft/3 character levels (i.e. 10-ft + Monk Fast Movement).

Planning: Hmm... maybe.

Mind: I had one mostly finished and just needed to check numbers but I don't remember where my notebook is.

I like the Dragon Devotion Feat although I seem to recall other feats/class features/etc that give a breath weapon though you're does seem pretty powerful at 1d6/level. I'd have to look through my books and stuff (which I can't do right now because I'm at work) to compare it to other abilities. Of course you know I'm all over anything having to do with Dragons so take my opinion with a measure of salt if you like.

Draconic Breath feat; Races of Dragon I believe it is. One of the draconic feats and grants you a breath weapon fueled by using spell slots dealing 2d6/spell level sacrificed.

This is 1/day and deals about as much damage as your highest level spell (as it requires you to be a sorcerer to take the feat this is either 1d6/level or 1d6/level-1 until 20th). Only gets good/decent with the PrC built around draconic feats which grants it as a bonus feat and gives +50% damage eventually, gives a few more draconic feats as bonus feats, but loses 2 CL.

I like this, I like this very very much.
a few things:
1. the partial concealment on the darkness feat is the regular 20% concealment or did I missed something? (I hope so, cause 10% would be crappy and not worth the turn attepts)

2.Dwarf and Metal could probably be merged together (as in, once per day, chose one or the other, the same way Diabolic and Demonical are written) with a two turn undead cost to recharge. But thats mostly a fluff thing, i just never had much character devoted to Metal in my table (well, maybe some barbarian/bard with an Axe-guitar, but thats something else :P )

3.You probably didn't wanted to overpower the feats, but those turn undead costs are high! With the exception of Demonic and maybe Diabolic devotion (which are fine at 3 turn attempts/extra use), every one of these feats could have their turn undead costs reduced by one. Yes, even the Dragon and Storm.
Magic domain is a REALLY crappy feat that nobody ever takes. Doing modical level-apropriated direct damage 4 (3 by turn undead, one from the feat) + Cha modifier times per day with a class level AND a feat is not really awesome, only nice. Its not even the equivalent of a good spell, since the good direct damage spell are those that come with an effect such as Wings of Fury. Its good if you need damage, and doesn't cost spell slots, but with such high costs it limits you to only ever using that one devotion feat or not using it at all.
Take for example a cleric with a rasonable Charisma of 16. You have 6 turn attemps + one use from the feat. If you have 4 encounters and use it once/encounter, thats it. If you wannna have any other devotion feat you must choose one such as Knowledge devotion because you can't have a Dragon and Pride devotion simply because it costs you too much to actually use any of them.
Now, if each of them costs one turn undead instead of two, you can use each of them once per encounter for 4 encounters before running out of turn attempts. If your character really spends two of their feats (or has one less domain) shouln't he be able to use those feats without the need to take butloads of Extra turning feats?

Zagan already did that (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=188882). Incarnum Devotion lets you shape any one soulmeld for 1 minute.

Added: Celerity, Corruption, Drow, Elf, Envy, Force, Hatred, Tyranny, and Wrath.

Also why is there a Fury, Hatred, and 2 different Wrath domains?

Okay one Wrath was originally Dragon Magazine material but it's in the SpC now. :smallsigh:

Really the Dragon Magazine Wrath (and the one I actually was thinking about while making the feat) should probably go and be replaced by Fury, which should have been named Wrath so that it could be an official replacement and the BoED Wrath domain (which might have been first) should have been called (Righteous) Fury (or Righteous Wrath) and it would all work.
