Doesn't look half-bad. However, may I suggest you use an actual table? Just quote this post to steal the formatting.

* I would appreciate a good name to replace the one I have.
** If playing Pathfinder put in "Bonus Metamagic Feat."
*** If playing Pathfinder put in "Bonus Item Creation Feat."
? I think that the class doesn't need a good will save but some of my friends think it does.

*Skills: as wizard but add heal
*Weapon/Armor Proficiency: Proficient with all simple weapons and with shields (not tower shields)
*Spells: Can cast arcane spells known based on con score for maximum lvl and save DC (I realise this sounds overpowered but read sanguine casting b4 u pass judgement.) Spells known are the scrolls that the sanguinite has consumed (The sanguinite can know spells that he cant cast) When a spell is listed as different lvls for different classes use the lowest lvl that the sanguinite can cast spells from. Character may not cast a spell if it would cause him to fall unconscious.
*Sanguine Casting: To cast a spell a Sanguinite must sacrifice into the casting a number of hit points. This number is derived from this formula: Spell lvl times armor type (minimum 1). Light armor and no armor is treated as type 1. Medium armor is treated as type 2. Heavy armor is treated as type 3. Ex. a third level spell cast by a Sanguinite in medium armor would be 3*2 HP or 6HP to cast.
*Armored Casting (Light, Medium, Heavy): Ignore arcane spell failure chance when wearing the type of armor or less and when carrying the load of the same amount.
*Divine Casting (please suggest a better name): Can now cast divine spells known as arcane spells based on con score for maximum lvl and save DC. Treat these spell as if their spell lvl was 1 lvl higher for the purposes of Maximum spell level and HP damage. A Sanguinite can not cure, heal, or remove any negative effect from himself or any other Sanguinite. Ex. A sanguinite casts cure light wounds, in heavy armor, on an ally. Spell level 2 (normally lvl 1 + 1 divine) * armor 3 (heavy), so 6 HP.
*Steely Concentration: Add the characters armor bonus to all concentration checks.
*Insteeled Confidence: When a Sanguinite is casting defensively using Sanguine Casting, he doesn't provoke attacks of Opportunity.
*Extreme Measures (will except name ideas for this as well): The character may apply a single metamagic feat to a spell without increasing its spell level by sacrificing constitution equal to 1/2 the metamagi feat level adjustment rounded up. This constitution damage can only be healed by resting naturally. (ie. sleeping)

May I steal your table for my signature?

No problem. Mayhem originally posted that particular table here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=196173). I was just too lazy to draw up one of my own.

May I suggest that you edit your first post, Ogre, such that it has your new table?

The class seems... okay. It would be easier to understand with some of the standard fluff. What exactly is a Sanguinite? How do they fit into their world? How did they become Sanguinites? How do they feel about other classes? From whence do they come? Knowing what they are certainly helps with judging what abilities they should have and at what point. Currently your Armored Casting progression is really fast and all at the start. For most characters, these really should be more evenly spread. However, if you have a good fluff explanation, it's do-able.

I have a lot of trouble writing the fluff as you put it but I will give it a shot. I am not in the least poetic or expressive though so bare with me.

Sanguinite
In places where survival is based more on hardiness than on skill or cunning, a situation will arise where a one will sacrifice of himself to accomplish the impossible. My escort, the wizard that promised to get my sister and me to the city of kurnin, lies dying. He was mortally wounded by a raider and my sister is next. I open his spellbook to try to use his magic but it is gibberish. the raider leaps with his sword in hand at velandra. I scream and a bolt of cold energy flies out from my fingers as a tearing pain knocks me to my knees. A Sanguinite is born.

Adventures: Sanguinites in civilized areas are almost universally shunned because the people consider them to be akin to necromancers, dabbling in dark powers. they take to the road doing what ever they can to survive. Most often this means taking dangerous jobs out in the wilderness and hiding what they are until they are trusted.

Characteristics: Will get to these later
Alignment: Will get to these later
Religion: Will get to these later
Background: Will get to these later
Races: Will get to these later
Other Classes: Will get to these later
Role: Will get to these later

My reasoning for creating the class:
I have been playing with roughly the same group of players for about 2 years.
They think of me as the goto guy for finding creative solutions and asked me to try to come up with an armored mage class that was constitution based. I tend to help the others power build their character to their desired direction but I got carried away with one of them.
One of the characters in the game is considered to be way over powered and wants a way out for his character without retirement or complete overhall. the character is a dream dwarf fighter with an AC between 35(FF) and upper forties if not Flat footed at lvl 5(soon to be 6). I also feel kind of bad because I helped him with the build for maximum AC. Most often He couldn't hit the broad side of a barn do to the feats and equipment I asked him to get.
At the moment a threat is the only time the char gets hit and because of that I have made it so he will be doing the damage to himself to try to balance him out.
I am not the DM so I am trying to get input while the DM is doing his military stuff, so that when he comes back I can submit the idea for approval.
