Where to find Drow-Dragons?

Can anyone here tell me where to find Drow-Dragons (descendants of Shadow Dragons and Drow in the Forgotten Realms which happen to have become a "real" Dragonspecies).
The Dragons of Faerun Web Enhancement City of Wyrmshadows has marked the race of given named Drow-Dragon in their statblocks as coming from Dragons of Faerun, but I can't find them in my copy and have no real idea where else to look, since they are realm specific.

There's a small sidebar at the bottom of one of the pages, describing the changes needed to make a shadow dragon into a drow-dragon (just add the alternate form ability, and +1 to LA) but I can't remember which page.
