Rumpled Haley (for some reason, Long-haired Haley looks messier to me) and Teenage Haley share the first spot for me!

I too like Chopped Haley better than the post-barber version, and out of the ponytail ones, I like the new one a little better, but it looks too spiky to me, like it's on fire or has wire inside of it. It seems to me the curves don't look soft enough for it too look like hairs.
I don't mean I don't like the fact you can see individual locks, I just don't like the shape (and mostly direction) of them very much.

My least liked was the Rapunzel one.

It clearly is the same plain circle, but for some reason it looks like a different shape than Haley's normal head. At least for me, that is.

Though I guess it depends on what we mean by "liking better." Do we mean what fits the character best and is most appropriate for her? Or do we mean what we find the most attractive/sexiest/etc.? Because I think the ponytail is the "most Haley-ish" of Haley hairstyles and therefore the one she should have, but I personally found the really short hair with barrettes to be most to my tastes.

It hadn't even occurred to me that those were seemingly less important. I just figured it was a good place to put it, and called the other one Teenage Haley because that seemed like one she'd have had more often then her short, albeit more plot centered, stroll into Gothland.

Normally I prefer loose long hair on girls, but I just don't think Haley's long hair is very flatteringly drawn. Don't like short hair at all.

I agree that Chopped Haley looks better than Cut Haley, and wish that the barber had just cleaned up the stray hairs (so that she would look like Sick-of-Emo-Crap Haley (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0319.html)).

Not sure whether I like short hair over long, but I do prefer the New ponytail to the Classic one. It's more visually interesting and looks like a flame, which works well with the color.

I've always had a thing for short haircuts on women, and I love girls in real-life who can pull off that look! Weee! It feels good to run your fingers through it!

Anyway, I suppose I'm biased, but I think that's Haley's best look, unless she was to shave it altogether which makes me weak in the knees just thinking about, though I guess that really wouldn't work in a stick-figure comic, and anyway I'm revealing far too much about my personal predilections at this point...
