This is the incomplete first part, at least, which I wanted to go ahead and get feedback on. I still need to do the elder sutra Charms. This is actually my first piece of homebrew I've ever done for Exalted, so PEACH the hell out of this. In particular, I'm not the best with Keywords, so I probably left something out on most of the Charms. Also kind of worried about Burning Legion of the Tyrant and the Form charm. Thanks!

Focusing their mighty will onto a subject they can see, the martial artist's make them a silent offer for the cost of a single mote and temporary Willpower. The subject of this Charm instantly knows the terms of this Charm and what it entails.
If they accept the offer, the subject kneels to the martial artist, and instantly gains an Intimacy of terrified awe towards the martial artist. For the rest of the scene, they may not make an attack of any nature towards the martial artist. However, the martial artist may not attack the subject for the rest of the scene.
If they refuse, the martial artist may allow this refusal to go unchallenged, or they may force the issue. The martial artist rolls (Charisma+Presence) against the target's Parry MDV. If they succeed, the subject is affected as if they had accepted the offer. If the attempt fails, no additional effects take place. Using this secondary ability costs extra motes equal to (target's Essence score times four). If the target is an extra, there is no extra cost. If the target is Exalted, it also costs an additional temporary Willpower.
At Essence 6+, the the martial artist may use this Charm against as many targets as he wants, paying the initial cost once, and then paying any subsequent costs for each individual targeted.

The martial artist may spend three motes to mark a target that he can see. This instantly gives him knowledge of the target's Essence score relative to himself (higher or lower).
In addition, for the rest of the scene, the martial artist may reflexively pay ten motes, one Willpower to either raise or decrease the target number of one of the target's actions that he can perceive by one, punishing or rewarding his subject as he likes. This use is Obvious as streams of green fire flicker around the body of the marked target. Using this ability ends the mark on the subject.

The martial artist's anima flashes green, and when it withdraws, countless green sparks hang in the air around the martial artist, orbiting the martial artist, imposing -1 external penalty on attempts to attack the martial artist. Over the next five ticks, they collect to form a blazing green orb the size of a fist. On the fifth tick, the martial artist may reflexively attack with the orb for seven motes, flashing out trailing green sparks and exploding with a flash of green fire that rolls over the target, with a fixed range of (Martial Arts x10) yards. This attack deals (Essence)A damage, has the Piercing tag, and may attack dematerialized targets. As the sphere of fire detonates, the sparks left behind by the sphere come to the martial artist and begin to collect, and the martial artist may attack again in five ticks.
If an attack by this Charm slays a target, the fire washing over the target forms into Old Realm runes smoldering with green fire burn themselves into the flesh of the target, proclaiming the glory of the martial artist. Anyone reading these runes instantly gains an Intimacy of terrified awe towards the martial artist. Essence users may ignore this imposed Intimacy by reflexively spending one Willpower.

The martial artist need not ask, only take. By spending four motes, the martial artist may conjure any unattuned item he can see within (Essencex5) yards that he can hold in one hand. If the item is being held by someone, the martial artist rolls (Charisma+Presence) against the target's Parry MDV. If the martial artist succeeds, the target is compelled to drop the item, and if the martial artist fails, the target resists the compulsion and keeps the item.
The martial artist may also use this Charm on attuned artifacts, but it costs 16 motes and 2 temporary Willpower. The martial artist's anima blazes to full iconic status as a crown of green fire settles onto their brow and their eyes blaze green. While this Charm is active, all who approach within (Martial Arts x5) yards are automatically subject to the effects of Skyscraping Magnanimity and Judging the Lowly Subject, for no initial cost to the martial artist. The martial artist is automatically aware of all beings within this distance, and knows exactly where they are, even if they are dematerialized (this does not grant any ability to attack those targets).
He may also force the little gods of the land around him to his will as a miscellaneous action, shaping the land within (Martial Arts x5) yards around himself. He rolls (Charisma+Presence). Difficulties are ultimately up to the Storyteller, but usually a simple feature such as a hill carries a difficulty of 1, an intricately carved stone pillar would be difficulty 2, and an impossible feature, like a stone bridge spanning a cliff supported only by a single thread of rock, would be difficulty 3. Those who were once mighty are cannibalized by those that rose up to replace them. So it goes with all things. The martial artist may touch a target with a lower Essence than him as part of an unarmed attack, and rip all that is worthy out of him. If he successfully touches the target, he may transfer dots of any valid trait to the martial artist for a cost of four motes per dot, up to the martial artist's normal maximum for that trait. Valid traits are any Attribute, any Ability, any Background representing an inherent quality of the target, any Virtue, Essence, and Willpower. Increasing Essence, Willpower, or a Virtue increases the maximum mote or temporary Willpower pool, but does not provide new motes or temporary Willpower. Alternatively, he may explode in sphere of green light that spreads instantaneously out to (Essence) miles, dealing 3A damage to all that it's light touches. It may only be blocked or parried by Essence-based defenses. Small animals and plants within this radius die, and nothing will ever grow on ground this Charm touches again.

As the martial artist strikes down a foe, dealing enough damage to kill them, he may offer them a silent offer, similar to that of Skyscraping Magnanimity, for no cost. The target understands that swearing this oath will mean total servitude. If the target refuses, they die. If the target accepts, the martial artist commits motes equal to the target's (Essence/2, rounded up), and a brand in Old Realm proclaiming devotion to the martial artist burns itself into the target's left hand in a flare of green flame, and then spread to cover the wounds of the target, searing them shut and converting all lethal and aggravated levels of damage to bashing.
For a lunar month, the target is sworn to obey all orders that the martial artist gives, in spirit and letter, and his Motivation changes to reflect this. The martial artist may communicate with the branded subject telepathically and instantaneously by reflexively spending a mote. If the martial artist withdraws the motes he has committed, the brand on the left hand of the target flashes to cover the branded, consuming him instantly. At the end of the lunar month, the brand flashes one final time, and then disappears. The target is left unharmed wherever he may be. His Motivation changes to it's previous state, and he is no longer bound to the martial artist. The martial artist gains back the motes committed to the target.
This Charm may be used against the Dragon-Blooded, but the martial artist must commit (target's Essence) motes, and spend one Willpower to activate the Charm. The martial artist may not withdraw the motes he has committed to a Terrestrial Exalted.
This Charm may not be used on Celestial Exalted. The power which struck down the Primordials trumps it utterly.

The martial artist remains discorporated for at least one week as a special Flaw of Invulnerability, and up to (Essence) months. After the week, he may end this Charm at any time. As the martial artist activates this Charm, there is a moment of stillness for five seconds that can be felt across the breadth of Creation and Heaven, as the shinma themselves remember a time when the Empyreal Chaos ruled all that was. Inside Malfeas, the light of Ligier flickers madly in sympathy, and all of the forms of Malfeas cease their movement momentarily as they remember a greater time.
And at the end of the five seconds, even if momentarily, the all-ruling light of the Empyreal Chaos returns to Creation. Within an area of (Essence) miles around the martial artist that moves with him, the Daystar or the Silver Chair is replaced in the sky by a burning green sun shining with an eldritch light not seen since the end of the Primordial War. This light seems to focus on the martial artist, warping the very air around him with long-dead designs reflecting the glory of Malfeas-That-Was. During Calibration, this sun may be seen from anywhere in Creation, although this Charm still only affects the normal area.

For the duration of the scene, the martial artist may, as a Simple (Speed 5, DV -3) action, duplicate the effects of the Charms Shinmaic Calibration or Shinmaic Communion, for a cost of 1m, 1wp. He rolls (Essence+Willpower+Presence), and the Charm may only affect an area of (Essence) miles around him. Any lasting effects go away at the end of the scene.
