ToDE Conjurer Item Help

I'm building a Conjurer//Factotum for the Tower, as follows:

Focused Conjurer 3/Master Specialist 10/Focused Conjurer 2//Factotum 11/Pixie (LA) 4

With so many item choices available, I'm having trouble making up my mind. I obviously need 36,000 gp for +6 Int, but I'm not sure from there, between metamagic rods, Tomes for further Int increases, defensive items, and things I haven't thought of yet. Any thoughts?

+1 Mithril Twilight Soulfire armor (37,100g)
+1 Mithril Freedom Buckler (37,025g)
Wand chamber in the buckler with a Wand of Nerveskitter(850g)
Lesser MM Rod of Chain Spell
2x Lesser MM Rod of Extend Spell
Ring of Spell Battle
Ring of Enduring Arcana
+6 Con neck
Mantle of 2nd Chances
+5 Int tome
+5 Con tome
+1 Eager Warning Dagger (with Wand Chamber)
Wand of Whirling Blade (in Wand Chamber)
maybe a couple of Planar Forks for Plane Shifting, some low level Pearls of Power, and other sundary swag.

Assuming you have Mind Blank and Heavy Fortification and Resistance covered Mind Blank and Elemental Body and Superior Resistance spells respectively. Elemental Body also covers flight.
