Does anyone else read Commissioned by O Abnormal? He does a line about his D&D group "Adventures of Dwarf, Elf (& Weretiger)"

I do! He has a wicked imagination (http://www.commissionedcomic.com/?p=3238) and doesn't take himself too seriously. He might sometimes go overboard with gore but i adore his depiction of ninjas (http://www.commissionedcomic.com/?p=2754).

I found it awhile ago and caught up on all the archives (not necessary, but I usually do it when I start reading a web comic). Even though he's got his faults (not finishing story lines) it is still a great comic - that never misses the deadline.

I love the comics where he's showing what went wrong in the life of O today. He's got such awful luck!

I like his ninja too. They're kinda cute. (Not that I'd tell them that.)

I've been reading this comic regularly for years, since back before Cousin Al joined the fray, and when Shadowrun was a regular part of the comic. I love his work on the comic, though I am less impressed with the work he does for Dern in Hello with Cheese.

edit: Looking at the archives it seems my memory isn't as good as I thought it was, and Cousin Al came in -before- shadowrun. Odd.

She's a good fit, with the other players, I think. I don't necessarily care for the O/Raven dynamic, as it feeds into several cheesy stereotypes I think the comic would be better without, but that's just me. As long as he continues bringing the funny I can ignore it.


Conspiracy theories on why China Doll stepped out of the comic?

My impression was it was something in RL between them, so not really something to speculate about.

Conspiracy theories on why China Doll stepped out of the comic?

I have a feeling that, in reality, China Doll and O had a falling out or drifted apart (she also left O's artist community thingy - The Ministry of Abnormality or something?). Raven's a bit of a replacement, yes, but it's one that O's character can feel comfortable hitting on without weirding out a real person - albeit, I'm sure any woman would be happy to deliver beatings to O in his creepier moments.
