Charm/dominate Plants

Are there any spells that are basically charm or dominate person for Druids in any source book? If not then what would be a balanced home-brewed spell of that nature?

Plant creatures have

Immunity to all mind-affecting effects (charms, compulsions, phantasms, patterns, and morale effects).
so even Dominate Monster (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/dominateMonster.htm) won't work.

We do, however, have Speak with Plants (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/speakWithPlants.htm), Command Plants (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/commandPlants.htm) and Control Plants (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/controlPlants.htm) for getting plant creatures to fight on your team. All in the Player's Handbook.

Just make it transmutation to get around the mind-affecting descriptor?

Initiate of Nature lets you rebuke animals and plant creatures.
