Halo CE RP servers?

You know, these seem to vary almost as much as tabletop games.

I was in a few today, one had a heavy handed, almost tyrannical admin.

One just had a bunch of people showing off the map.


So anyone else tryed this?

Wait a minute, a Halo CE RP server? I had no idea those existed. I mean, we're talking about a game notorious for the crude defacement of corpses.

A couple of them are around, One group even makes maps with that intention.

Main problem is the vast majority of players doesn't RP. So eventually you get someone who pops in and starts shooting people.

That or the fact that everyone seems to have the attention span usually associated with small children.

That heavy handed one I mentioned? We spent the better part of an hour just trying to decide what we were going to do.

Why? Because somebody would start shooting, or switch teams to get away, or drive around. Then it would devolve into a mess of arguing about who shot who... It wasn't pretty.

And the second one was... Just odd. Seemed like it was probably a little kid showing off all the cool stuff he found.
