That song has quite an original feel to it. I can't think of anything that sounds exactly like that, but I do know some stuff that has a similar sort of feel and sound.

This (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aTk6ei9Nwm8) is faster and more up-beat, but for some reason it's the first thing that popped into my mind when I listened to that song.

Techno was the first thing that sprang to mind, but outside of really minimal stuff like Plastikman (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFvhxRcfER8&feature=related), my experience in that area is limited. Early (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WpzzGXBW4GA) dubstep (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IlEkvbRmfrA) has a sort of similar vibe, believe it or not. It also kinda reminds me of a slower, more moody Pendulum (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfFnU0FUGno).
