You could probably bodyswap into an actual balor.... Too far?

See if you could get the Frostrager PrC (Frostburn) adapted to Flamerager (same abilities, but reversed from cold to fire).

Pyrokinetisist isn't really a psionic class: all it requires is a single PP as it's 'psionic' component. It doesn't advance manifesting (psionic casting), so many typical psionic characters won't take it at the risk of losing manifesting levels.

You could take it as a 2-4 level dip to get a flaming whip and free Weapon Afire, both abiliites that the Balrog demonstrated.

Expanded psionics handbook. I think. The class is psionic.Not really. It requires 1 pp to enter, and has one later level class feature that uses pp, but I still wouldn't call it a "psionic class".

The main idea was to dip one level to get the nifty burning whip.

See if you could get the Frostrager PrC (Frostburn) adapted to Flamerager (same abilities, but reversed from cold to fire).

Do that, or take the Firestorm Berserker prestige class from Dragon Magazine 314. Or take the Blazing Berserker feat from Sandstorm, I wouldn't do both since they have overlapping abilities.

That said, a Pathfinder Barbarian can get some nifty elemental themed rage powers.

But caster levels wouldn't be that strange for a Balrog, they are after all just corrupted versions of Maiar, which is what Gandalf, Sauron, and Saruman are.

@doc roc yes too far

@therbane frostrager is unarmed but i could change that might need help with that.

@ithrozada no to both one makes me weak to cold and the other one derails my feat selection to much.

@kuulvheysoon psychic warrior2/pyrokineticist4 is very good

also dragonborn from the races of dragon book would give me wings and yes a warforged can do it it is divine not biological

You don't want caster levels, but anyways... what about my Magma Druid (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=171732)?
(note: the Volcanic Form's ability to hurl rocks needs to be toned down somewhat)

The Elemental Warrior PrC from Planar Handbook seems to be up your alley.
