3.x/PF: Venomous templates?

Are there any templates that grant any kind of poisonous attacks? I'm looking to give a monster the Touch of Taint feat, but that requires an attack that deals ability damage. I'm specifically looking for something that rots the flesh, (ie, Con damage) but any will do for now.

The only one that immediately comes to mind is Monster of Legend (MM2). It's times like this when I wish Crystal Keep was still around.

There's the Ti-Khana template from the Fiend Folio (p 178) LA+4, make you chaotic evil and you must be a dinosaur, a snake or a reptilian animal or magical beast to gain it.

It gives you a poison dealing 1d6 con primary and secondary plus a lot of other thing.

But if you just want a poison attack I recommand the poison fang graft (fiend folio p215) updated in serptent kingdom (p 154). 1d6 con damage primary and secondary and if you use the update version the DC is equal to 10+1/2hd+con instead of a fiat 17 in the FF version. And that cost just 8000gp.
