A whole bunch of gods from Faiths and Pantheons (Forgotten Realms) come very close.

You could easily add it to several of the Dwarf pantheon.

Alright, looking at my FRCS, here's the non-evil gods that grant access to the Cavern Domain:

-Grumbar (Greater God of Elemental Earth; also grants access to Earth, Metal and Time domains) (TN) (Faerunian Pantheon)
-Geb (Lesser Goddess of the Earth, miners mines and mineral resources; also grants access to the Craft, Earth and Protection domains) (TN) (Mulhorandi Pantheon)
-Dumathoin (Intermediate God of buried wealth, ores, gems, mining, exploration, shield dwarves and guardian of the dead; also grants access to the Craft, Dwarf, Earth, Knowledge, Metal and Protection domains) (TN) (Dwarven Pantheon)
-Callarduran Smoothhands (Intermediate God of stone, mining, the Underdark and the svirfneblin; also grants access to the Gnome, Earth and Craft domains) (TN) (Gnomish Pantheon)
-Segojan Earthcaller (Intermediate God of earth, nature and the dead; also grants access to the Earth, Gnome and Good domains) (NG) (Gnomish Pantheon)
