So I've been playing 3.5 for a few years, doing a good deal of DMing during that time. I'm hardly an encyclopedia of 3.5 rules, but I've got a confident familiarity with them.

Recently I found my way to the pathfinder SRD, and I really want to try it out. However, I would prefer not to read through the entire rulebook rehashing stuff I already know from 3.5.
Basically, I want to know what steps a 3.5 veteran like me should take to learn Pathfinder.

This handbook has most of the things you will need to know about the changes made, but it doesn't include the new classes or archetypes in the APG, which you may want to check out on the SRD.

Also, Paizo has a free pdf conversion guide you can download. It also shows the differences from 3.5

In short:

Do you remember a low level spell being very good in 3.5? Reread it.
Double check monster traits. Undead, constructs, and plants are now vulnerable to sneak attack.
They changed how natural attacks work. Primary / secondary is based off of attack type, it's listed in the bestiary and srd.
Class skills have been changed to a flat +3 if you're trained.
Many skills have been condensed.
Favored class: at level 1 you pick your favored class, each time you level in that class, you get +1 HP or + skill point. PrC's do not count.
Combat manuevers like grapple etc. have been condensed into a CMB vs CMD roll (no longer opposed rolls)

Alright, I think I've wrapped my brain around Pathfinder, just one question, CR's. Will my trusty CR calculator (This one (http://www.penpaperpixel.org/tools/d20encountercalculator.htm)) still work for Pathfinder (Assuming I'm using Pathfinder monsters vs Pathfinder characters, obviously)

As far as I can remember, the CRs work the same way, and are almost all the same anyway.
