i need help figuring out LA race ability modifiers!!!

i am so confused, everywhere i go people are saying that feytouched from the fiend folio has modifiers to ability scores. but i cannot for the life of me find the rules for doing this on my own so i can confirm the stats i have found.

the internet says its +2 Dexterity, -2 Constitution, +2 Charisma. but i cant figure out where these stats came from.

i don't know if i am allowed to post the actual race info or not so i wont.

The way you calculate ability mods for monster races is as follows: subtract 11 from all odd ability scores, and 10 from all even scores. These are your ability modifiers.

You could use the savage progression version (http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20040213a) to start out at +0 LA, and you never even have to (http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20030824a) spend a level on the rest of its racial abilities.

cool suggestion, but a la +1 is free in an upcoming game i am playing

im toying around with a few different builds, maby a battle cleric or a wild shape druid.

figured the mind effecting immunitys would come in handy if i chose this race.
