Evening Dies on Dendara Field (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-itkvYvepA) seems quite appropriate for Sidereals. It's subdued, yet invokes a sense of mystery and wonder with just a hint of menace in the background. I could see it working both for the feeling a Sidereal invokes in others and for the world Sidereals live in.

Still, I usually find it harder to give "signature songs" to whole splats than to think melodies for specific scenes.
