ghostly visage w/ incorporeal touch

In the description of the ghostly visage it says as once of its attacks it has Incorporeal Touch. Under 'Damage' it also says Incorporeal Touch. What exactly is the damage?

IIRC there's no damage, it just possess on touch. It's not very deadly alone, much more so as a mask on someone with a x4 crit weapon.

Correct - the invisible touch is merely the method that the Ghostly Visage uses to initiate it's Meld attack.

However, if it was a familiar (say for a Dread Necromancer) it could potentially use that Incorporeal Touch to deliver touch spells for it's master...
