Obtain familiar/familiar bonus

Do you get the bonus normally given by a familiar(+2 appraise from raven, +2 spot from owl, etc) if you get said familiar from the Obtain Familiar feat?

All features of the familiar, yes. So a hummingbird would give you +4 initiative, untyped, or whatever the value is.

Just says it gives you a familiar when I checked the feat, only thing different is that it's based off of arcane caster level or levels in arcane casting classes rather than either sorcerer or wizard as far as I can recall.
