Greetings Playgrounder!

I have an ancient Half-dragon muckdweller who wants to compensate for his size by making really big storms like daddy Tun Mi Lung.

After looking through all my books, the only arcane class that really fit the build was the Stormcaller from stormwrack. so my question is: are there any other classes like that? I need something that, at least fluffwise, synergizes well with Stormcaller.

Well, this portfolio fits Druid or Cleric with the right domain perfectly: so that would give you some kind of MT option.
So Sorceror/Favoured Soul/Mystic Theurge.
Ironically Stormlord isn't an option you'd consider.

Alternativly Wu Jen[Water] [CArc] would seem to fit your requirement perfectly well.
