Walker in the wastes makes you a Dry Lich. Its actually better than standard lich (You have 6 Phylatcheries if I remember correctly) but its not quite the same if that matters to you.

Its not a PrC but the capstone of Dread Necromancer makes you a Lich, its a Base class however.

I think they are Canopic jars (Spelling probably wrong) filled with your various organs. Its all very Egyptian themed.

It's third party, but the Necromancer base class of the Secret College of Necromancy gives Lich at the 20th level...

I remember seeing a 10-level PrC that gave Lich as a capstone in one of my books just earlier today! I think it was third-party though... And now I can't find it! What gives?

I think it should be possible to make an Warforged and hide one in it. You could even add a lightning shaped scar to its forehead. :smallwink:
