Noob stuff sorry

if a longsword keened is 17-20 then a rapier is 16-20 right?

I have a dart with a 17-20 crit and I want to keen it would it be 15-20?

do vorpal and keen stack, what about the coup de grace enchantment and vorpal do they stack

Actually, the rapier is 15-20.

13-20, here.

Keen stacks with any other effects that don't improve crit, unless the enhancement specifically states otherwise: I believe there is a clause on Vorpal that it can't be on a Keen weapon.

Keen doubles the existing threat range. So check however many numbers you can crit on, and increase the threat range by that amount. Examples:

Crit is 20/x3. 1 number, Keen increases threat range by 1 - becomes 19-20/x3.

Crit is 19-20/x2. 2 numbers, Keen becomes 17-20/x2.

Crit is 15-20/x2. 6 numbers, Keen becomes 9-20/x2.

A keen rapier would be 15-20 and this strange dart would be 13-20 if it's keen.
You just have to think of it this way: Rapier is 18-20, so 3 numbers. keen doubles that to 6 numbers -> 20,19,18,17,16,15

Do the same with the dart

Vorpal and keen can be on the same weapon, but vorpal only triggers on a natural 20, so it doesn't matter if you're weapon crits on 15-20 or 19-20.

Sorry, but I don't remember a coup the grace enchantment right now

Edit: semi swordsaged :smallfrown:
