Looking for good templates

So I'm making a ridiculous character for a 3.5 campaign my friend is running and so far what i have come up with is an awakened kitten, using the child variant template on a housecat and adding the awakened spell bonuses, thus allowing me to have a diminuitive awakened housecat, however, this character as of now has an ecl of 0 it needs to be 3 and im not allowed to take class levels but i can have as many templates as i want... any good suggestions? Also the diminutive is necessary because the kitten has a pseudodragon mount

Dark, from Tome of Magic. Not only do you get moderate skill bonuses (+8/+6 Hide/Move Silently? Sweeeeet...), but you get Hide in Plain Sight as an (Ex) ability. Given that you're diminutive and already have good sneaking due purely to size.... could be fun.

It's a +1 template.
