I have built this interesting level one character, designed to kill other level one characters. However, it has one huge flaw: it gets owned when flatfooted. Suggestions on how to protect it? Here's the build:

Young, Drunk, Advanced, Juju Zombie Kobold Wizard 1

SIZE: TINY
STR: 7
DEX: 30
CON: -
INT: 15
WIS: 22
CHAR: 16

Hp: 12
Channel Resistance: +10
Initiative: +18

Feats (Antihero granting bonus feat):
Fell Drain
Easy Metamagic
Improved Initiative (Juju bonus feat)
Toughness (Juju Bonus feat)
Lucky Start (Compulsive Maniacal Laughing Flaw)

Compsognathius Minion (+4 initiative)

So the strategy is to win on initiative, cast fell drain sound snap, insta killing any other level one character. Its regular AC is somewhere around 22, but its flatfooted AC is abysmal. Improvements?

Int 1 is unplayable, by the way. I'm assuming one of those things I'm not familiar with allows you to use a stat other than Int for your casting, as well, or else you can't cast any spells either.

Sorry, typo. Int is 15. :)

Ok, that makes more sense. Anyway, if you're worried about losing initiative, consider the spell nerveskitter (Spell Compendium). Mage Armor is also good for improving your general AC. That plus the size bonus puts you at 16, which isn't too bad at that level.

Lucky start (C. Scoundrel) allows you to reroll initiative.

Shape Soulmeld (Impulse Boots) gives you uncanny dodge, but by being a zombie you can't get that feat.

Lucky start (C. Scoundrel) allows you to reroll initiative.

Is that a feat or a spell?

Feat, you can get it without using a feat slot (see Court of Thieves in Complete Scoundrel, page 144), if you can somehow justify being able to do that at level 1. I didn't see flaws listed though, so I figured you had room for more.

Are there other ways to lower metamagic cost by one except for easy metamagic, at level one?

I don't think so. Practical Metamagic and Arcane Thesis both have skill requirements, and everything else I know of comes from class levels.

Metamagic School Focus (Complete Mage) works at level 1, though it requires specialization or Spell Focus in the chosen school.
