Just so everyone knows, this is basically taking the Pathfinder Dragon Disciple and changing it for the Orc bloodline.

As some of the most Angry, Strong and Bad-Tempered creatures in existence, Orcs have on occasions become so angry they radiate a power of their own. Likewise this power has been sought after and many Orcs become Rage Mages. Orcs have some incredibly odd urges sometimes and they result in creatures wiuth orc blood in their veins. For some, this heritage manifests as a Great Rage; for others, however, the power of their Orcish ancestors becomes an obsession.

Spellcasters who embrace their Orcish heritage and learn to channel their abilities can become Orcish disciples, fearsome warriors who possess not only the repertoire of an accomplished sorcerer but also the ability to unleash the furious power of Orcs upon their foes. As Orcish disciples discover the power of their forebears, they can learn to feel a great rage, take the fight to their enemies, and—at the pinnacle of their abilities—assume the form of an Orc Warlord. Although they are rare, Orc disciples can be found in any land where Orcs interact with other mortals.

Role: With the magic of a spellcasting class at their disposal, Orc disciples can assume the typical role of a magic-user, hampering the movement of the enemy and hurling damage-dealing spells at their opponents. Orc disciples' Orc abilities, however, make these versatile spellcasters even more formidable, as they use their Aptitude with Axes and rage to destroy their foes directly.

Alignment: Orc disciples can be of any alignment, although they tend to be more chaotic than lawful. A Orc Disciple can be good or evil although the rage they feel makes the line between good and evil blur.

Hit Die: d12.

Requirements
To qualify to become a dragon disciple, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.

Race: Any Non-orc.

Skills: Knowledge (Local) 5 ranks.

Languages: Orc.

Spellcasting: Ability to cast 1st-level arcane spells without preparation. If the character has sorcerer levels, he must have the Orc bloodline. If the character gains levels of sorcerer after taking this class, he must take the Orc bloodline.

Class Skills
The dragon disciple's class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Diplomacy (Cha), Escape Artist (Dex), Fly (Dex), Knowledge (all skills taken individually) (Int), Perception (Wis), and Spellcraft (Int).

Skill Ranks at Each Level: 2 + Int modifier.

Class Features
All of the following are class features of the dragon disciple prestige class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Orc disciples gain no proficiency with any weapon or armor.

Spells per Day

At the indicated levels, a Orc disciple gains new spells per day as if he had also gained a level in an arcane spellcasting class he belonged to before adding the prestige class. He does not, however, gain other benefits a character of that class would have gained, except for additional spells per day, spells known (if he is a spontaneous spellcaster), and an increased effective level of spellcasting. If a character had more than one arcane spellcasting class before becoming a dragon disciple, he must decide to which class he adds the new level for purposes of determining spells per day.

Blood of Orcs (Ex)

An Orc disciple adds his level to his sorcerer levels when determining the powers gained from his bloodline. If the Orc disciple does not have levels of sorcerer, he instead gains bloodline powers of the Orc bloodline, using his Orc disciple level as his sorcerer level to determine the bonuses gained. This ability does not grant bonus spells to a sorcerer unless he possesses spell slots of an appropriate level. Such bonus spells are automatically granted if the sorcerer gains spell slots of the spell's level.

Natural Armor Increase (Ex)
As his skin thickens, a Orc disciple takes on more and more of his progenitor's physical aspect. At 1st, 4th, and 7th level, a Orc disciple gains an increase to the character's existing natural armor (if any), as indicated on Table: Orc Disciple. These armor bonuses stack.

Ability Boost (Ex)
As an Orc disciple gains levels in this prestige class, his ability scores increase as noted on Table: Orc Disciple. These increases stack and are gained as if through level advancement.

Bloodline Feat
Upon reaching 2nd level, and every three levels thereafter, a Orc disciple receives one bonus feat, chosen from the Orc bloodline's bonus feat list.

Orc Smash (Ex)
At 2nd level, whenever the Orc Disciple uses a two handed or double weapon he may reduce the number of attacks he may make during a full attack to gain a bonus on strength equal to the number of attacks sacrificed *4

Rage of the Green (Su)
At 3rd level, a Orc disciple gains the ability to Rage as a barbarian as of his Caster Level, he may use any form of barbarian rage that a reguler barbarian could use.

Blindsense (Ex)
At 5th level, the Orc disciple gains blindsense with a range of 30 feet. Using non-visual senses the Orc disciple notices things he cannot see. He usually does not need to make Perception checks to notice and pinpoint the location of creatures within range of his blindsense ability, provided that he has line of effect to that creature.

Any opponent the Orc disciple cannot see still has total concealment against him, and the dragon disciple still has the normal miss chance when attacking foes that have concealment. Visibility still affects the movement of a creature with blindsense. A creature with blindsense is still denied its Dexterity bonus to Armor Class against attacks from creatures it cannot see. At 10th level, the range of this ability increases to 60 feet.

Orc Transmogrification (Sp)
At 7th level, an Orc disciple gains a permanent +4 bonus to strength and a +2 natural armor bonus. They also gain a permanant Ferocity effect.

Axe Aptitude (Ex)
At 9th level, a Orc disciple gains the two weapon fighting feat and any improvement of this ability as long as his 1/2 Caster level + his BAB meets the requirements, he also gains profiency with the Orc double axe.

Playing an Orc Disciple:
You are a spellcaster first and foremost and your Orc heritage gives you that. It also has given you the ability to partake in melee when nessecery. Some Orc Disciple's wish to be among other Orc's while some find the transformation and other abilities disgusting and evil.

Combat:
As with all spellcasters you could contribute in any way. You could even fight with sword and sorcery during combat.

Advancement:
Most Disciples carry on with sorcerer levels after they finish this prestige class or take levels in another class that advances their bloodline.

Some things... they don't transfer well.

Sorcerers... don't often claim to have descended from humanoids. Dragons, Outsiders, Fey, Other naturally super magical creatures, and the like. So... the spell-casting doesn't seem to fit.

"Hey how did you learn to manipulate the powers of space and time?"
"Uh... I'm a half-orc, duh."
"...right."

Where are the Orc bloodlines derived from?
Feats, and powers?
They don't seem to be listed.

Blind-sense? Uhm?

Orc-form is terrible.
Horrible.
Water-orc, Desert-orc, Half-orc... for a 7th level PrC ability, the options... don't do much of anything.

The straight transfer from Dragon to Orc doesn't seem to fly thematically nor mechanically. It looks like it wants more of its own things.

This is a pathfinder prestige class, I'm not claiming it makes sense that the power of Orcs gives magic, but I like the idea.

Any ideas what to replace Orc form with?

Change orc-form to a permanent +4 strength and ferocity. Perhaps add in Rage as an ability, as well.

Ok, thanks. I'm terrible at coming up with abilitys.

Changed Orc form to an ability that just transforms it half into a melee monster.

Looking at the half-orc alternative racial traits, i'd say you've got a few other things to play with:

Intimidate - half-orcs have a +2 to all Intimidate checks. Give the Disciple a bonus, or free Intimidating Prowess feat.
alternate skills - alternative traits give half-orcs bonuses to Perception, Handle Animal, Survival, and a few other skills. You could consider giving them bonuses, or at least making some of those class skills.
combat maneuvers - bonuses to specific maneuvers are a common racial bonus in PF. Half-orcs get a Sunder bonus. Grapple, bull rush, and overrun might also make sense.
natural weapons - consider giving the Disciple a bite or claw attack.

I'd suggest listing out the specific feats for Axe Aptitude, to reduce possible ambiguity.
