It seems that the pathfinder wizard, with it getting rebuke, would make a better horde master then it did previously and COULD even stand up to the cleric with some added 3.5e content. With rebuke + command and controll undead he could actually be pretty good at it. Sure, he's missing desecrate, but with some 3.5e thrown into the mix he could use, say extra spell(Arcane Disciple dose not apply due to the pathfinder cleric's domains lacking desecrate.) to get it. Likewise, you could just ask if you could use 3rd party necro spells such as those from Encyclopedia Arcana or just ask if you can learn blackwater taint. Either way with the wizard getting rebuke and the cleric having no deathbound domain, no general of undeath and no divine magician ACF it seems the gap between cleric and wizard necromancers for minonmancy may be much smaller in pathfinder or even 3.Pe...and thus I want to know what you all think about this. Can a pathfinder or 3.pe wizard be a decient horde master? If so, how would you build one?
