Is there a PRC (homebrewed or otherwise) anyone can point me towards that advances Psionics and grants additional Maneuvers/Stances?

Krimm prolly has 'brewed one up, but if not, you could simply try to make a psionic version of Jade Phoenix Mage.

No, Krimm hasn't. I haven't given the JPM very much attention, so I'll look that over, see how easy it would be to convert.
