It's not clear and I wanted to double check. So say I had a Fey'ri Diviner and I banned Enchantment would you still be able to use the Suggestion SLA or would it be blocked by the specialization drawback? I'm under the impression that it wouldn't affect an racial ability and would apply only to spells that you cast. Is this correct?

Thank you in advance!

Wizard specialization only effects spells gained via wizard levels. Thus, a diviner 5/sorcerer 4 could cast any second level spell, assuming he learned it as a sorcerer rather than a wizard.
