oh, right:smalltongue:. yea they just said that they've begun turning psn back on in the states. they got a map of the areas they're turning on here (http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/05/14/play-on-%E2%80%93-psn-restoration-begins-now/#comments). should be all green in a few hours or so.

EDIT: they seem to be starting on the east coast and steadily encroaching on the west, but that's just what i think.
