First things first, I am extremely new, long time reader first time joiner and poster. So please forgive any naivety in this post, as well please offer suggestions on how to improve this.
Now to the root, my DM and I were talking, I sometimes DM but he's the main, and since I have a great untapped creative potential (read as seemingly infinite free time and boredom now that summer break has started) I've made a few classes and he's approved and disproved some as he saw fit. But as of late I wanted to make a new class, one that excels in every element that exists in all classes, but really isn't that special. The Exemplar (of Average) now I don't know how to post the class block all stylized, I tried finding a thread that tells me how, but in all honesty it's sometimes easier to just post. So here it is...

Skill Points at First Level: (8+Int modifier) x4
Skills at each additional level: 8+Int modifier
The exemplar receives all skills as class skills.
Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: An Exemplar is proficient with all simple and martial weapons and with all armor (heavy, medium and light) and shields (Including Tower Shields).

Now what I'd like is feedback, CCC (Comments, Criticisms, Complaints, as appropriate please) on the class, and what it's missing, because I feel it's missing something, but anything I add I feel will make it too powerful. So... Help? (And as of this moment I am not aware of there being an Exemplar class in DnD, 3.5 and earlier at least)
