Online Character Sheet?

Does anybody know where I can find an online character sheet for 3.5 or Pathfinder? Not a PDF of a character sheet, but something I can actually edit/fill in blanks.

Myth weavers is just the thing you need! They have editable PDFs, although I find their spells table a little lacking. A quick Google search of "myth weavers" should do the trick!

Myth-weavers has a lot, but last I checked they had no pathfinder sheet.

Bah! My apologies. Myth Weavers is great for 3.5 sheets, but, as Maryring mentioned, they currently lack a Pathfinder sheet. Either way, hope it helps!
