Ultimate DM screen: The necessities

I've been using a laptop to run games for quite a while now but I feel as though it is time to return to the more tradition DM screen. I have a suitable piece of cardboard and I come seeking knowledge.

On your ultimate DM screen, what tables/info/etc do you prefer to have?
