I'd say Krillin is pretty short, child-like in size (teenagers are taller than him).

But his size has been pretty consistent. He's never "reverted" to the height that he is.

Poor guy; he was an interesting character with a unique attack that got dumped on the wayside.

Yeah, Krillin is supposed to be really short, Adult Goku is supposed to be like 5'7" or 5'8" so go from there with heights.

Compared to the Japanese, Goku would be considered tall.

Compared to us, Broli is considered tall (after the first movie).

Being short does not make one any less awesome. I think that Bruce Lee and Ronnie James Dio were pretty badass, despite being about three feet tall.

I don't really know that I'd call it a running gag as such, he's just really short. Or is supposed to be. They almost always leave that bit out in the various adapations.

And don't even get me started on attacks of opportunity. :smallyuk:

That is actually one of the most tame picture (and overall chapter) in the manga. The hair of some girls are being infected by the "Curse", becoming sentient, and doing very weird stuff.

Uzumaki is a horror manga taking place in a nice little Japanese town. Disturbing, horrific things start happening, all having to do with spirals. At first, people are just apparently going insane, but very quickly, it's obvious the laws of physics themselves are freaking out. I won't say more, except that spirals exist everywhere in nature.
If you can read it all without feeling at least vaguely nauseous, good for you.

Meh. Threads have survived far worse derails. There's no need to get passive aggressive.

When the bulk of a page is off topic with no motivators, on a subject that only a very small number of people are interested in, that's a problem. More specifically it's a subject that should be discussed in a new thread in a different forum. It was suggested and ignored, so it should be reported. That's a bummer. If you want to read something else into it, feel free but put up motivators with your post complaining about it please.

Pretending to be left handed is Bluff.

I don't know what switching hands would be, but it's NOT Endurance.

Endurance would be "I have spent the past few years building up a resistance to Iocane powder."

I had an amusing persona incident like that. Character of mine, I thought of him as Neutral, or maybe Chaotic Good, depending on how you looked at it. Other guy, he thought he practically defined the antiheroic sort of Lawful Good, meanwhile, and the other guys had some trouble deciding on what he'd be as well. It's amusing in retrospect, although thanks to that I still don't know what the character would actually be now.

(This was with an established, non-D&D character, when somehow people decided to assign alignments to everyone. On a related note I think I'm one of the few people who grasped that "Good" wasn't just "fights the bad guys"; there were some outright terrible people listed as Good.)

These characters have a strong moral character. Truth, honor, and the welfare of others is all-important. They are convinced that order and laws are absolutely necessary to assure that goodness prevails. Lawful good beings will not want to lie or cheat anyone, good or evil. They will not stand for treachery and will not let obviously dishonorable people use their own honor against them, if they can help it. They will obey the laws and customs of the area that they are in, but will attempt to find legal loopholes to disobey a law which is clearly evil or unjust. (3)

That last part is the one that makes me think cap fits the lawful good definition. He believes in law and order, (who doesnt? great set of series) but if there is a law passed that is clearly unjust, he will find a way around it, no matter what. You move.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v257/ExRPG/noobaggedon.jpg
Note 1: This is NOT an "attack" against "F2P" players. Everyone has the right to be a begginer. That word is just funny sounding.
Note 2: For those that don't take it: In the Team Fortress 2 game, one of the classe's "special ability" is to sometimes be able to give total invulnerability to a team member for a few seconds. It's not uncommon for newbies to wrongly try to attack instead of retreating, like it happens to the BLU soldiers in the Meet the Medic (http://www.teamfortress.com/classes.php?class=medic) video (though the video shows it being used for the first time, so it's new for everyone)

Story is that Starcraft was originally going to be a Warhammer 40k game.

Yeah. Just like Warcraft was originally based on Warhammer Fantasy.

Of course, Tyranids are based on Alien. And Zergs on Tyranids. Are slivers based on zerg? Who knows.

well according to Tineye, the second one exists in two places on the Internet, photobucket and a japanese equivalent.

You can use Photobucket, or if you use this site (http://wigflip.com/automotivator/) it lets you save straight to Flickr or Imgur so you bypass the need to save to you computer first (though imgur ones aren't permanent I don't think).

How do I do it??

What you want to do is put the address of the actual picture, not of the page the picture is on. For the site you were on, if you right-click the picture, it will let you view it in different sizes. Pick the largest one, then if you right click on THAT picture, it should give you the option to "View Image" or "Copy Image Location". You can either click copy location, or to be on the safe side click view image (make sure you can see it OK) and then copy the address. Add that to the IMG tag on the thread, and it should work just fine.

Yeah, the only Yozi that a circle of Chargen Exalts is likely to beat is the Ebon Dragon, and even that's a slim chance without optimizing specifically for it... and that's because he's a total coward, and will give up the first time someone is able to hit him. :smalltongue:

You mean getting charms with the Holy key word, or taking Crane Style? :smalltongue:

You mean getting charms with the Holy key word, or taking Crane Style? :smalltongue:No, I mean being able to reliably hit a DV 15 dematerialized being, while you're taking a -10 on your rolls.

Them too. I just hadn't heard of Malfeas before. I googled it and got some results about Exalted. I'm assuming it's that system's token pseudo-Lovecraftian entity.

Basic explanation: in Exalted the universe was created by a bunch of beings that embody various concepts and to whom humans are essentially insignificant specks. Malfeas, once known as the Empyreal Chaos, embodied the concept of kingship, and could not conceive of any beings disobeying him. When defeated he was turned inside out and became a city, which is constantly full of demons making raucous noise. One of his avatars in that city (using avatars in a very loose sense, there are much more precise terms Exalted uses) is a brass dancer which constantly dances to the music produced by these demons. One of his avatars used to be the sun, but a sun of green nuclear fire. (So the Nuclear Chaos moniker is in there in a few pieces).

She Who Lives In Her Name is sort of a giant demonic mathematician, roughly speaking. Hates free will. She's not really all that much like Yog-Sothoth, but like him she's made of a bunch of spheres.

The Ebon Dragon is Snidely Whiplash as a Magnificent Bastard. He's a spiteful schemer and manipulator who invented free will just to corrupt it and virtue just to have something to oppose. He's also black and thin, like Nyalarthotep.

Finally, something all my groups can relate to!

Also, @Fox Box, I'll need a couple days to find it again on deviantArt, but I'll send you a link soon enough.

Tineye and Google bring me to Malachi Maloney, aka Liquidwerx. I won't link as his site contains some NSFW pieces.
